How it works
We send your property details to our leading local agent. Eg Agent Smith. Agent Smith will contact you to arrange a free market appraisal. Sign an open listing agreement with Agent Smith if you would like to proceed. Agent Smith will invite our network of leading buyer agents (aka real estate agents) to inspect your property. Buyer agents will contact their buyer lists and if interested arrange a time with Agent Smith to inspect your property. If you accept an offer congrats! You will have successfully used Open listing to your advantage and saved time and money with no advertising costs. But if you don't accept an offer within 14 days either cancel your open listing agreement with Agent Smith or sign an exclusive agency agreement for a public advertising campaign.
